Should borrowed time stay how it is? If not, rework or nerf?

Borrowed time is a very controversial perk, killers get extremely annoyed of it, but survivor’s do have an argument of: “that they would have gotten tunneled”. Now, as a player who plays both sides equally, I propose a slight change: borrowed time cannot activate on survivor’s that have just been hooked for 10 seconds and it activates no matter what this is to lower insta saves and farming, while also making insidious/undetectable camping less annoying to deal with. If you guys have any suggestions, please reply to tell me
