At first: search function times out, so sorry if it is a duplicate. Pls link me if so, so that I can upvote on it.

Occassionally the killer instinct does not trigger after Frenzy Hits
No idea how to reproduce, it does not happen always
But noticeably multiple times per match (can't say how often, because sometimes you just don't know if there were no survivors or if it did not show you)
