Sound

so I was taking a brake from DBD because of the sound and because the lobby were taking sometime to get into as killer and survivor, but that is nothing new because of the new chapter being released, but when I was playing the sound for everything was very quiet when I was playing survivor, so I made sure my sound was up all the way and it was for the game and Tv (I play on Switch). So then I thought it was just for the survivors, so I went to go play killer, and when I got in to the match I found out it wasn't, so I toke a brake from the game and thought when I went beck it would be fix's. Well I went back yesterday and it was not.

I don't know if its just my game or its for everyone, but it makes it a lot herd to hear gens being worked on, survivors that are injured and some other things, but then first two thing are the biggest, because it makes it all most impossible to play killer because you can't hear the things you need to hear to play the game, and before anyone says that I'm a entitled killer main, I'm not, I play both sides.

So does anyone know when this is going to get fix or if its not going to?, and does anyone else's game do the same and is it on all platforms?

I don't play on Switch, so I don't know exactly how bad the sounds are for you, but DbD has been struggling with some audio troubles for a while now (usually in the form of survivors making no noise whatsoever, even when slugged).

Best advice I can offer would be to see if a bug report has been submitted for this issue pertaining to DbD Switch (in the Bug Reports section) or otherwise submit your own if one doesn't exist yet.

For the time being, you might be able to slightly "band-aid" these problems with a few perks:

-Spine Chill should cover your main needs as survivor (since you can safely guess when the killer is approaching you or still chasing you). Perks that charge up in the killer's terror radius (Diversion and/or Stake Out) can also indicate when you're within range of the killer, provided you haven't been considered "found" yet.

-Stridor and Surveillance on killer both make certain survivor sounds easier to hear (grunts of pain and repairs, respectively). Tinkerer can also help warn you about a gen that's about to be completed.
