Potential bug, PS4. Devout emblem

Simple really, going for some devout challenges, getting ten hooks as required, sometimes eleven, but the emblem seems to be stuck on gold. Bug or am I just stupid?

Are you getting a 4k? Iridescent Devout requires a 4k and at least nine hooks.
