3 of 5 games this keeps happening to me, is really annoying, need help please i see this dont happen to other killers when i play survivor, when i try to hook survivors for the 2nd time this thing happens in any hook of any map.

    This might be a bit late but I find it best to try to hook 3 times if it fails then drop the survivor next to the hook pick him up and try the hook again.


    Also I notice that vaults as killer sometimes don't work
