Survivors who sit on hatch until you can see them escape.
Why? I've played so many games that result in the last survivor finding hatch first, but waiting to jump in until i get closer to it so I can see them standing on top of it, sometimes t-bagging, and after that they finally jump in. I was not toxic in these games, I wasn't camping and I don't think I ever tunneled intentionally.
So why? Do some survivors just really need to BM if they feel like they didn't "win" a match? Please, help me understand.

I guess for the same reasons why killers stand on the hatch and wait for the last survivor just to close it in front of them. Like you said, BM. People will always find a way to be toxic, no matter if you were "nice" or not. It's not a survivor/killer thing, it's a human being thing.

Actually, I believe for killer it's more of a strategy. Some killers might be doing it to BM, but it's sometimes helpful to wait till you spot them before closing the hatch, as then you can immediately chase them without worry of them getting a door.

As mentioned, some killers do it as a strategy so the survivor will have a harder time with escaping through the exit gates.

No idea. I guess most saw it somewhere else and feel the need to copy it

There may be a few who wait to teabag because of a Killer face-camping and such, but mostly it's just willy-waving. Pointless pixel polka. If I see a hatch open I'm going to take it. Besides, stealthier Killers have managed to punish those survivors on rare occasions. Not worth the risk for the escape.
