PC - Surveillance no longer makes gen repair noises audible from further away

A straightforward one, since the new gen repair noises have been added the feature of the killer perk Surveillance that allows you to hear said noises from further away has stopped working. I'm on PC but I assume this bug will apply to other versions too.
