A lot of stuttering for basic actions

Platform: Ps4 console
- Vaulting
- Pallet breaking
- Lockers
- Generator breaking
- Hooking
- Picking up survivors
All of these actions are heavily bugged for me. Instead of preforming the action, I stutter and jitter while I'm mashing my button. It happens often in the match.
How to recreate it: There are no steps really, just try to do an action and see if it happens.
I'll have some video evidence soon™ just let me get it.
