Can we all stop being toxic for each other?

I'm kind of veteran of the game and I noticed that since 2016 nothing really changed in behaviour most of players, I know the game is kinda boring because we have only 2 modes (KYF doesn't count) and I think it doesn't change the fact that teabagging, waiting in gates (even that everyone is healed), saying "ez pz" "ez depip" and also classic "gg ez" after winning match (I often see the people won't write a "gg" after lost match but only after winning).

Can't we just change? I mean ik some people watched too much Truetalent or Noob3 etc and thinking they are "cool" like them but the reality is usually different.

Idk what you think about all of it but let me know your opinion and have a good day

Nope, BHVR does ######### all about toxic players, so you have to get your own revenge. I keep a little list of toxic players on my phone and when I see them in my lobby, they get 100% facecamped. People that quickswitch to keys or burn Yamaoka/Ormond/Farm/Haddonfield map offerings = d/c or facecamp, depending on whatever killer I'm locked in as

There wasn’t much point in asking this question people will be toxic in any video game no matter what it isn’t something you can stop just by asking,

also have you seen the people on these forums?

I don't even know how to be toxic. I almost never land a flashlight blind on killer, rarely hit them with pallets at all. Yet I'm always punished for the fact I exist in a trial, tunelled after being unhooked, sacrificed even if left as last alive in the trial. This community can't be non-toxic.

Sure, in every game we will find a toxic players but what's the point of being toxic to the other person for whole 4 years? I think we have to thank to OchiDO and Noob3 for behaviour of this players

It's a toxic cycle that players go through on this game. Killers play the game to get teabagged, harassed, and told to git gud since they didn't camp or tunnel so next game they get on and camp and tunnel to get kills which ruins the game for the other survivors. Toxicity just breeds even more toxicity and nobody is willing to break the cycle.

I know this is off topic but

I’ve been hearing things about noob3 being called toxic specifically but the only times I’ve even seen him be toxic was in his toxic series which a lot of people do. I’ve always wondered why specifically Noob3 like what did HE do specifically to be put on the same level as OchiDO so frequently?

What exactly is the post game chat anyway? 90% of the time you only hear insults.

DBD has always been toxic but I swear it's even worse since crossplay. Every couple games I will get a PC teabagger, but the console players looooooove to teabag and send me to Ormond. I have been sent to Ormond 4 times by console players in the last 2 days.

I will be running like enduring+brutal strength and blatantly disrespecting pallets because that's a habit of mine. But some console guy will be teabagging after every pallet stun even though he barely looped and has used 3-4 pallets in the past ~40 seconds.

I treat them extra harshly since they can't complain about it in post-game even if they wanted to.

The culprit here is basically a nasty little causal chain of toxicity, which is almost entirely brought on by the devs.

    • Killer matchmaking scrapped entirely with no announcement, reason given or ETA on making a return.
    • Allowing SWF in a game that is clearly not set up for it, then removing the matchmaking safeties on SWF groups - again, with no announcement or ETA on return.
    • Survivors in stompcomps/smurfcomps get used to easy games and always expect to escape.
    • Survivors loving to gloat after stomping someone.
    • Killers eventually lose their fluff and start playing to win, regardless of the fun of the other side. Or just quit/go survivor, messing up matchmaking further.
    • Survivors and killers are suddenly in a toxicity arms race and everyone is having less fun than before.

Of course there are toxic killers out there too, but the way things are set up at present is just going to breed more of them.

I'm talking about his videos from 2017/2018, these videos were the most probably effective on people and 2018 were a years when DbD actually blowed up and got much more players. Noob3 actually isn't that toxic

Exactly, ngl I was little bit toxic in 2018 and sometimes I said "ez" but most of people are gonna spam "ez" and tell you to get better etc.
