Game freeze when opening a chest

Description: the first time a chest is opened, the game freezes for almost one second for the survivor opening it when it's at 100% and for players nearby (...but possibly ANYWHERE on the map)
Steps to reproduce: open a chest
How often does it occur: almost always if no chest has been opened yet
