Tombstone not behaving correctly.

I click M1, I'm spun around, and nothing happens (first attempt in the video). The animation doesn't begin and I lose all momentum (this has happened while both parties are moving, too).
I don't have anything else but this video:
Steps to repeat:
- Boot up the game
- Select Myers and queue into a public lobby.
- Equip any tombstone add-on.
- Reach sufficient EW to reach EW III.
- Press M1 when within range of a survivor.
- Strange things (see video above) may happen.
