PS4 Save Game Error 300

My fried constantly gets hit with Save Game error 300, every day, for the past several weeks.
He has tried rebooting his internet router; he has set his PS4 up with a static IP; he has uninstalled the game before.
Oddly enough it always happens between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm Central Time; and we are starting to think that it is something dealing with packet loss being sent to his internet provider: Windstream.
He does not utilize the forums, so I am here reporting this to try to get some sort of answer - since Google searches are all year-to-two-year old threads on the matter; and PS4 gets screwed out of every fix listed anywhere because they do not have a cache to "clear out" like Steam and Xbox.
