Are these Pig add-ons bad?

I feel like Workshop Grease, Razor Wires, Jigsaw's Sketch and Jigsaw's Annotated Plan just benefit the Survivor when we're not talking about complete newbies. Am I wrong?

Does adding an additional box decrease the chances of the Survivor finding the key or increase it?

It is completely random so maybe it does or doesn't help survivors since multiple keys can spawn in one box. Pig's add-ons should be reworked long ago because many of them don't do anything.
