Is this bannable?
Quick info:
Versed against a Freddy. He never once tried to follow me, so I repaired generators, but the first two downed survivors were killing themselfes on 1st hook. After the 3rd survivor has been downed, he searched for me, found me, slugged me, killed the 3rd survivor (no kobe) and then proceeded to not hook me until the last second of my bleed out timer, where he finally grabbed and hooked me.
Question: Does this count as taking the game hostage? I do not want to submit a ticket of something that is not bannable.

No. It simply counts as being a douchebag, which is not bannable. The game comes to an end when you bleed out or as soon as he hooks you.
If, let's say, he picked you up and made you wiggle off only to down you again and rinse and repeat, that would count as taking the game hostage, because he'd be abusing the fact that the bleed out timer pauses with the goal to prevent the game from ending.

It is not bannable.
Taking game hostage means intentionally creating situation where game can't progress or end. If Killer bodyblocked You in a corner while You were last Survivor and just AFK'ed there, not downing You or allowing escape, that would be taking game hostage.

I don't think it's technically bannable but it does technically mean that Freddy is a jackass.

If it isn't:
- Straight up cheating
- Making it so the only way to end the game is to DC
- Threats, Harassment, or Bigotry
...it isn't bannable.

A game in hostage means it will never end (legitimately) until the one holding it hostage does something (ex the killer blocking the survivor in a corner). He only prolonged the end, not stop it.
