3 years ago they removed the faster blind ability and all it does now is increase the blind duration for 1 second at increased battery consumption. Also the hesl and intense halogen increase the blind duration by 1 second without the downside.

Even if you turn left and right, the assassin's attack is guided, that is, it has target tracking, I still think that killer attacks shouldn't have tracking, most of the time they could be perfectly dodged, because the assassins are quite bad and that they are the most tricked of the game

As someone who plays killer myself, what you call "target tracking" actually screws the killer more than it helps. I have had countless instances of the game turning the camera towards a survivor but then hit an objects that I did not intent to hit. Or the times where the game moves my camera BEFORE the hit is registered, and therefor make me miss the attack as the survivor is doing a sharp turn, because I cant track them with my camera being forcdefully moved away.
