Fix Cosmetic Pieces Please! (This is taking forever)

Before the release of Pyramid Head a bug came with one of Zarina Kassir's outfits, due to it still not being fixed I decided to make a report about it, in the hopes for it being fixed. With the recent 4.2.2 update also came a new bug for Kate Denson listed below.
As of now I found 2 bugs with these cosmetics:
Kate Denson: Mountaineer Boots (Winter Wilderness Outfit) - Problem: The small pouch on the back left disappears when not moving and reappears when moving sometimes.
Zarina Kassir: Drapped Cardigan (Guerrilla Filmmaker Outfit) - Problem: The bottom of her jacket she is wearing has no more physics, this leads to a weird looking jacket.

Ah yes top of the priority list fix the thing that has no effect on gameplay because muh drip
