Rank 1 pips give 10k bloodpoints each

ther’s currently no reward for pipping at rank 1, you can’t even build a surplus of pips to stay rank 1 to counter de-ranking on a lost game. 

There needs to be incentive for Rank 1’s to do more than safety pip, double pipping just isn’t rewarding. Could always use the blood points for doing well though.

    I like that. I wonder if it would upset the bloodpoint economy though.

    i feel at the end of each season you should get a surplus of BP for your rank anyway weither your at rank 1 or rank 10

    This seems fair to me. There really needs to be something for getting to rank 1.

    I agree, but there are tons of people that don't seem to care about bp or are completely maxed out on all characters. What if you got a small bonus number of Iridescent shards for each match at rank 1? Double pip gives you triple the bonus, single pip gives you the bonus, and safety/no pip gives you no extra.

    Kind of a side idea that may be super far fetched:
    What if there was a raffle every week, every other week, or every month for a certain number of auric cells, bp, Iridescent shards, and/or unique cosmetics specific to the raffle? You would be entered once for every double pip match that you got, regardless of what rank you are or who you played. It would reward players who play well and play often, while hopefully not upsetting the balance of the current economy. There would like be two separate raffles (one for killers and one for survivors) and those could either run at the same time or swap every week. There might only be one winner, there might be several, it would be up to the devs

    Well the problem with that statement is that add ons have always been, and always will be, desired for both sides. People like loot. And I doubt there are still a lot of people that play the game that have maxed everything out, and got prestige 3 on everyone. From what I’ve read on the net, it seems quite a few of the day one players, especially on xbox, have left the game behind. While it’s true that some don’t care for blood points, they’ll still need bloodpoints to completely max out the new characters that are added, and then mess around with addons. 

    Just my incite though.
