MOBILE - Hillbilly not receiving addons after buying Leatherface

Essentially, whenever I purchase addons that should be for both Leatherface and Hillbilly, only Leatherface receives them.
Step 1: Launch app
Step 2: Open Bloodstore
Step 3: Purchase addon
Step 4: Leatherface refuses to share his addons wil Hillbilly
