Mindbreaker could finally worth existing

I know, I know... it still depends on the exact numbers and values, but the simply fact that it's been buffed is enough for me to speculate further. With the existing version of Mindbreaker, with a specific killer and build, you can get some value, rarely, but still, especially with so many SB these days. So yeah, even if the buff doesn't do much, at least it's a step in the right direction. Also, really excited for Cruel Limits too. The range is finally reasonable. Thank you devs!

Only if they increase it by something significative like 10 or 15 seconds, otherwise it will still be trash

The thing that scares me about perk changes that are "in the right direction" without going far enough is that I know those perks won't be touched for probably about another year at best. If a perk is far too powerful they'll quickly address it (original Mettle of man). Something being closer to useful without actually being viable means that no one will run them, and Behavior doesn't prioritize perks that don't get used because they don't directly affect game health that much (current Mettle of Man). These perks specifically I think are ones that will not be addressed again for a very long time, even though they will likely still be far from equally viable in comparison to other, more meta, perks.

Given it still has the 50% gen progression restriction we would have to see a crazy high exhaustion timer to make it even semi decent. Way higher than I could reasonably see them doing.

Realistically we'll probably get something like 15 seconds which is still garbage and no one will run it.

I'll withhold criticism though until we see the numbers for sure.

Basically this. Most of the proposed changes are nice to get excited about but would have to see the actual test numbers on PTB or even final numbers on Live before I get too excited about their viability
