Crack Clown
Pinky finger aside, I want to know what people generally consider clown's best add-on combination is. I have been playing him extensively and still cannot make up my mind.
Base kit clown: 4 bottles that slow 15% for 2 seconds each. So ~8 seconds of slow at 15% for 120 units of "slow"
Gin Bottle + Bleach: 6 bottles that slow 20% for 2 seconds each. ~12 seconds of slow but at 20% for 240 units of "slow"
Gin Bottle + Ether 15%: 6 bottles that slow 15% for 3 seconds each. ~18 seconds of slow for 270 units of "slow"
Ether 15% + Bleach: 4 Bottles that slow 20% for 3 seconds each. ~12 seconds of slow at 20% for 240 units of "slow"
This assumes they don't run into the same gas cloud twice. So in theory I am thinking it's gin + ether 15%?

Cork Stopper with the Solvent Jug. Being able to reload in a hurry and easily cancel out any and all Exhaustion perks has traditionally worked quite well for me. Plus both are Uncommon add-ons, so this is a cheap and easy combo.
I like both of these add-ons more than most of his rarer ones, though I do sometimes swap the Jug out with the Flask of Bleach for that lil' bit of extra Hindered.

It's actually super brutal to get nailed with a bleach + ether bottle.
I don't find his base kit bottles to be very effective in actually catching people, even if you have a lot of them. Having to hit multiple bottles in a row every chase to get an M1 doesn't cut it to me.
With clown I can usually swing and still hit people even if they dead hard, so I don't use solvent jug unless I have nothing else. When you hit someone with ether+bleach it's just night and day from the stock bottles. Especially if you consider the %'s being modified. Going from 15% to 20% slow is a 33% increase in power.
