Killer/Survivor perk ideas

I'm not sure of the best numbers for these perks, so much as I want to put out the ideas behind them.

KILLER PERKS

Hex: Agony of Success

While this hex is active, every time a survivor succeeds in a skill check they will scream, revealing their location for 3 seconds.

Lingering Pain

When a survivor is hit with a basic attack, for the next X seconds, the first time they receive a skill check to repair, heal or sabotage, they will automatically fail the check and receive an additional Y% regression penalty. This perk has a cooldown of Z seconds.

Sadist's Defense

This perk creates an obsession. Hitting the obsession with a basic attack causes every survivor currently repairing, healing or sabotaging to instantly fail a skill check. This perk has a cooldown of X seconds.

Balance: Trying to model something like Surge that triggers like Dark Devotion. Surge has the benefit of setting gens to regressing, isn't limited to the obsession, and hits nearby gens whether they're being repaired or not. However this effects gens or healing, and has no range.

SURVIVOR PERKS

Final Effort

Each time you are hooked, gain a token. When you have two tokens, you can press the Active Ability button to receive a X% speed bonus to repairing, healing and sabotaging for Y seconds.

Balance: Yes, this effectively is a one-time buff. I think that's not a bad benefit seeing as it can only trigger when you're dead on the next hook. Not being rescued from your first hook would hamper this--it could give tokens based on hook phases, so someone going from 1 to 2 would still get their tokens. The reason for this is to not encourage killers to camp just to counter the potential of this perk. On the other hand, that could be a fair drawback. It also means Pyramid Head counters this perk, but that's nothing new.
