The problem with kindered not showing their aura is that it only screws solo survivors, so I don't understand why they did this.

Kindred triumph all stealth it should appear even with undetectable.

I think I only did it once in 2020 with Bubba. Under the influence it´s fing hillarious especially when you intentionally hide really bad behind a tree xD
I apologised afterwards but made many spelling mistakes since I couldn´t control my laughter.

Because devs make their balances around SFW, and don't seem to realize that it actually screws solo players. Apparently, if you aren't either playing killer or playing with friends, you aren't welcome.

They did it for consistency, which is generally a good approach. Removing the teror radius and red stain was tied to the then new Undetectable status effect. Protection from auras needed to be added bc. of Auras totally destroying stealth (the main culprit being OoO). So naturally Kindred lost the ability as well. But it also received a strong buff, showing you all the auras when another is hooked, not just when you are hanging yourself. Reintroducing kindred trumping undetectable is not a path we should go, it's the opposite of consistency. Thats a way how to get spaghetti code, with which the game seems to be plagued enough already.
Btw, you still can detect an insidious camper with it, since he will stand still and you lose the aura. You just have to pay attention.
