A brand new method to balance killers and survivors

Balancing problem is a huge issue in this game. Survivors are too weak in low rank and overpower in high rank. To rectify this issue, I think the power of killer can highly depend on add-on.

e.g. New players are easy to make mistake. So, survivors can suffer 3 or 4 hit in low rank. Then, a new add-on can make survivors down in 1 hit, and that add-on can be only used in high rank.
