There are so many perks that you just need to tweak a little to make them for valid. Why do they need does 4 or 5 perk changes need to be some grand event.
You have a test server so just do what ever on it. Take a weak perk, make it slightly op then bring it back if you need. Nudging 2 or 3 perks is just a waste of time if it isnt gonna compete with any meta perk.
And why do all the good adds ons for killer need a negative in there too?.... like why cant an iri add on just be great.
And stop balancing for low to mid tier players... look at all tiers and say hey... would this make life easy for a new player but kill high end play.
