Validating Problem

Hello. I am having a problem where every so often (about once/twice a week) I wont be able to find any matches. When i try to join my friend, it will say i have a different game version then him. Too fix this, i have to Validate my files, and when i do, it says i am missing 9 files. Like i said, all i have to do to fix it is Validate my files, but it happens like twice a week and it gets annoying. Does anybody else have this problem?
