You guys pick on the DEVS way too much

I think with Almo's reasoning behind the pop nerf (unless there's more to it than what he explained), we have a right to criticise him.
We felt you could spend too much time doing other things and still have it available.
As a survivor, you can spend too much time doing other things and still have DS available, so I don't see why the same logic can't be applied.
I do agree that people ######### a lot on these forums, however there's a difference between criticism and outright character assassinating the developers. While I do agree Almo's reasoning was dumb, I don't agree with the thread that was created asking why Almo didn't respond to all the comments on the Pop nerf.

Its the survivor vs killer sides to the game that causes the issue. One side finally has their grievances addressed but the other doesn’t.
For example everyone hated old DS and rejoiced when it was changed but survivors felt upset when NOED was left alone.
Now killers are annoyed that Pop which wasn’t even seen as a major issue gets changed, but DS which has the same problems remains untouched.
Or for people like me Pyramidhead gets changed due to lose/lose situations and “no counterplay” but the lose/lose situations and no counterplay on the survivor side aren’t addressed.
There will be an uproar like never before if moris and keys aren’t both changed in the same update.

It's fair to make constructive criticism, if you're explaining it and being cordial. It's unfair to criticise rudely and throw wild accusations at them.
The bias arguments aren't founded on any solid ground. As an example, the mid-chapter patch 3.5 introduced the nerfing of ruin. Mid-chapter 3.7 introduced a number of changes aimed at nerfing loops.
That alone illustrates there is a lack of evidence to support bias, and you only need to look up various topics here about claims of bias from both sides, which when combined ironically shows the nerfs and buffs are happening to both sides.
Historically, there has been a balancing act occuring. I see some changes to PGTW this time round. Next time it might be DS. It's a constant balancing act, and forever fluid in changes.
Basically, yes the devs do need to be questioned and challenged from time to time. Likewise, the community needs to question themselves as to whether people are conducting themselves appropriately. Balance is key.

Listen very closely to what he says at 7:30.

No, they deserve every ounce of criticism. They make boneheaded nerfs, like the current Pop nerf, ignore in game bugs for months and even years. They hurt the game regularly. Look at the massive healing nerf a couple of years ago. So many of us said the result would be a harder focus on gens, creating a mess for killers who relied on snowballing matches. What happened? Gen rush era.
They ignore concerns and warnings and pat themselves on the back for minor things. How many players tried to warn how broken MoM's synergy would be in various game situations? They ignored it. Got the cash grab and nerfed it to oblivion.
This game has the absolute worst quality control process of any game I've seen in years. They don't vet their perk, power, and buff/nerf ideas well at all. They don't tgink of how one thing could cause ripples across the game when combined with others.
No, tgis team should honestly be replaced or at least the management should. The game could be so much better than it is if it had a decent dev team and good quality control processes.

They have a decent team called fog whisperers but choose to ignore them and make them peddle cosmetics.

Ok these threads have gone far enough now. We won't tolerate the bashing of the Developers here on their forum - whilst people might not agree with the decisions that are made, directly attacking the Developers is not the way to go about making your feedback heard.
