Survivors not making sound while vaulting over windows multiple times

I had a game where two survivors were constantly jumping over a window and going into lockers but I didn't get any sound notifications. The only way I noticed what they were doing was through BBQ. I then went after them and as I got close the sound started working again.

Was the survivor using Quick and Quiet perhaps?

No. And quick and quiet only works one time with a cd. They were repeating the action a lot of times right after another.
