Survivors stuck in rubble on Disturbed Ward

A Survivor jumped the widow at the bottom of the stairs in the main building that is always present in the map. I was able to smack her as she did with Nurse's basic attack. She went down and triggered infectious causing me to leave. A Jake went over to heal the downed player but sunk into the pile of rubble. We tried a few things to get him out, but nothing worked. He was stuck running in place. I could down him and they could heal him but I couldn't pick him up. Seemly at random he was able to run out.
No idea how to reproduce.
Only happened once.
