Are Hex totems / Is Thrill of the hunt bugged?

This is taken exactly as I spawned into the match. As you can see, Thrill of the hunt is darkened (when it should be lit up) and I could only see the aura of one totem during the game. Since I hardly use hex perks (I'm just doing that DH quest) I wonder if this happens frequently or not. Anyway, I didn't get a notification when DH was getting cleansed. I tried a kyf to check and both perks loaded normally:
