SYNC ERROR Code 111

Hey,
so im getting the Error 111 again and again.
It always happens if i purchased something in the bloodweb, then it puts me into the "starting screen" and says "An error occurred while ...".
I reinstalled the game already and now i dont know what to do.
I hope that somebody can help me while i cant spend any bloodpoints in the bloodweb.
Edit: I have this error since approx. 3-4 weeks
