For some unknown reason i was paying for my bloodwebs after a match like usual and then... i found that borrowed time was in my bloodweb for feng min now ill say i haven't leveled up bill all the way to 35 yet so i shouldn't be getting this perk. Does anyone else have this happening to them or am i the only one?

    BT used to be a general Perk since Bill did not exist until a few months ago on Console. Thats probably why you have it on Feng.

    I had it too before I levelled up bill.

    I always assumed it was because Bill wasn't always available for PS4 and perhaps BT was just a standard perk in the bloodweb prior to him being added.
