How is this ok at all and is it bannable? DEVS
How is this ok to do? @peanits or another dev, can you say if this is bannable or not? It's definitely a pretty crappy thing to do. I am mostly a killer main now, and I could never be this trashy and ruin a game for someone.

After pushing against the killer for 10 seconds they should just lose collision
10 seconds is more then enough time for killer to charge chainsaw/ puke/shock the survivor they trapped but they can't keep them trapped forever

Its not technically bannable, as the game did end. However, if that was the last survivor remaining, then yes it is bannable.

its called "taking the game hostage" and yes it is bannable.
it would be a different story had he only done this while the EGC was active, but as he did it before, he can be reported and banned for it.

I believe the devs have said before that bodyblocking is fine if EGC is started, you plan to hit them but are waiting a sec for something like plague vomit or you only do it for a little while. What isn't fine is prolonged bodyblocking which could be considered holding the game hostage for that player.

It depends on when it started. If this was throughout the whole game pretty much (they do say it was the entire game) then yes, it is, as the blocked survivor isn't capable of escaping the situation and doing anything. It'd be the same if it was another survivor blocking them in a corner.
If the EGC started, the timer runs out, so that'd be fine. That is holding the game hostage and not bodyblocking.

It is bannable if it's done before EGC starts. As specified above, it's the taking the game hostage part that is bannable, not bodyblocking per se.

This. Should happen when survivor pushes against a killer or another survivor that is body blocking them.

it IS banable because you took it from being a short time to do something (like rev a chain saw, de-cloak) to something where you harassed them and that is a banable offense. the DEVS have all said this is the case and it is reportable. but you have to be the one that it happened to or in the match it happened.
actually it still isn't ok either way and it is body blocking, but since egc will kill the survivor it can't be holding the game hostage. but it is also harassment at the same time.

so basically this would ONLY be someone that traps a person in the corner. Maybe "holding the game hostage" isnt' the right phrase then.
Trolling isn't a ban offense.
- Blocking the killer on the way to the hook.
- Blocking a survivor in a corner and hitting them FIRST
- face camping a survivor. So they cannot be unhooked by another survivor.
- downing all 4 survivors and then wondering around the map until the bleedout timer for every survivor runs out.
Holding the game hostage.
- one survivor trapping another survivor in a corner so they cant move. (This can happen on tiles where the generator spawns on a "U" shaped wall)
- As killer forcing the survivor into a non-moveable zone and failing to STRIKE the survivor right away.
Either way. I think that revisions ARE needed in this game so people feel like the game has a "good pace". slugging, face camping, and corner-blocking another player (be that, the killer or survivor). Could really use some LOVE and attention. So people do feel there is things they can do to keep the pace of the game going.
Hatch could use an additional revision too. So players feel as though they aren't robbed of a game if their team mates aren't doing well. TO keep players motivated the ENTIRE match.
