    I want a wendigo in the game, so im on with your idea.
    I know that the hag is a reference to wendigo's but its not enough for me.

    Power:
    It sounds quite cool, but i would suggest changing it a little bit more like you can jump on a wall or tree and THEN jump a long distance. If you would stay with the one jump, then it would be almost the same as the nurse just without the ignoring wall thing.

    Perks:
    Infared Vision:
    The radius is quite okay, maybe even push it a little higher. The time is a little bit to high i think.

    Ravenous Bloodlust:
    Increase the Action Speed. Since everything you do will let you loose your bloodlust.

    Hex: Chill up your Spine
    A very very interesting Perk. One question to it: Does it mean also repairing a gen is standing still?
    And how do you get tokens?

    All in all i like the combination with infared vision and the hex.

    The power sounds a little weak and is just a weaker nurse.
