New Status Effect:Frostbite

Frostbite 1:Partial Snow blocks some vision.

Frostbite 2:While Healthy you now make grunts of pain.

Frostbite 3:Survivors gain a 5% penalty in everything including movement speed when not in a chase.During a chase survivors gain vaulting a 5% vaulting penalty.The Only way to escape from frostbite 3 you must use a Bonfire.

When not doing Gens frostbite starts to increase.When doing gens it starts to decrease.You can bonfires to lose the Effect.


Killer:The Lich

Power:The Lich’s Ice Magic

Tapping the power button causes you to throw a snowball.If a survivor is hit by it they gain the Frostbite status effect & gets slowed for a second.

Holding it causes you to charge it up into a Icicle.This will deal a health state.This does not give frostbite.This can Pierce Through Survivor.

While holding you move Slower but leave a trail of Ice.You walk faster while on ice.A survivor with Frostbite Effect being over it increases there Frostbite tier.

Special Ability:Snow Storm

Snow Storm can be activated when the Meter is full.To fill the meter,for every survivor with the Frostbite effect every second you gain 1 Charge.It takes 100 charges.

Snow Storm only affects survivor with the frostbite effect.When activated the survivors will have their vision impaired by a snow storm.Survivors in frostbite 2 will be put into frostbite 3,& the floor will become ice.all survivors whether they are affected or not will have their Generator speed decreased by 15%.This last for 25 Seconds.

Bonfire spawns where Freddy boxes,jigsaw boxes,cages,ect would spawn.When bonfires are used you no longer have Frostbite.When they are used they need recharge they have a 20 second recharge timer.


Perks

Slow-Down-When a Generator is Completed all generator will explode & loses 5%/7/%/9% of its progress & all generators not being worked on will be blocked for 15 seconds.


Hex:Decay-For as long the Hex is Up any dropped pallet will be Destroyed in 20/15/10 Seconds.


Blinded Pack-When the obsession is downed you gain the undetectable status effect for as long as they are downed.The aura of the downed survivor can only be seen within 48/42/36 Meters.


Simplified Lore:

He was an Indian that got moved away from his land by the colonist during winter.whiling moving he attacked a colonist trying to take stuff & he resisted & got shot by the bandit.When he has closing his eyes the entity made a deal in which to those who have wronged you,i will give you the power to punish them.


Survivor:James Armin


Simplified Lore:

An archaeologist found a ancient artifact in a dessert,whenever an archaeolgist tried to study it they would disappear the next day.In 3 Days the Artifact was locked up.James secretly went to study it.When he hold he started to see spider legs coming from the ground.He Blinked for a second & everything was back to normal.When he was going to sleep the air became cold,& started to snow in the dessert?Then a fog appeared,when the fog went away he was now in a forest.

Perks

Waste Not-When a Generator is kicked the generator is highlighted to you.If you work on the highlighted gen you gain a 5% speed boost for 5 Seconds.This perk can be used every 30/35/40 Seconds.


An Eye for an Eye-When you unhook a survivor the unhooked survivor will gain the following,when you are hooked the survivor gains 3% increase in movement speed,a 30/40%/50% increase in unhooking speed, & when they unhook you they gain the endurance effect if they rescue you injured.


Straggler-When downed the pick up action is hidden to the killer.When you are picked up the auras of hooks are not revealed & the killer moves 8%/9&/10% slower.

    Frostbite: The idea of a permanent 5% movement speed decrease until you snap out of it sounds a bit problematic. I don't mind movement slowdown on survivors, mind you, but still. The idea of having a harder time seeing stuff and grunts of pain when healthy are fine.

    Primary Power (snow and ice ball): Seems a bit much to have a clown bottle and a hatchet in one power but I'm willing to give it some slack since the snowball has to hit the survivor.

    Secondary Power (snowstorm): So a map wide gen slowdown of 20 and tier up. Not sure what turning the floor to ice means aside from speeding up frostbite for Tier 1 survivors. Ehhh? Nothing horribly bad with it but it feels weird.

    Slow Down: Knee jerk reaction is that it feels like a somewhat dangerous perk to release but it could be worse since it is only five times a match.

    Overworked: Seems somewhat weak, imo. You could probably get the same benefit and info with tinkerer.

    Blinded Pack: Frankly the most interesting perk. An unlimited duration of undetectable as long as you have the obsession on the hook is cool. Not sure how useful it would be but in a "juggle the obsession" build with Furtive Chase or Nemesis, it could lead to some fun tomfuckery.

    Ice Floor,is what it sounds like the floor becomes ice,the benefits of the ice floor is that you gain a movement speed increase & that the survivors frostbite increase overtime & i will change the 5% movement speed decrease

    I like the idea of environmental killers with global effects, it opens up for more creative playstyles. Good idea!

    Just something I would personally change: The ice magic should use an icicle instead of a snowball. Icicle gets bigger and more pointed with charging.

    Getting pierced by it and seeing the icicle with a little splatter of blood going through the surv would make for better atmosphere than a snowball I think

    The killer perks seem interesting and the survivor perks have potential with some more work put into it! But Struggler does bring that Kate perk to mind, Boil Over or something?
