I don't have many perks 'cause I just prestiged her and she's level 32. I guess I could switch Thana and Nurse's for Ruin & Undying though.

No, Spirit already has a smaller terror radius (24m) and even in a normal killer Coulrophobia doesn't have a strongest effect on a normal sided map. Change Tinkerer to Stridor or as you mentioned change Thana and Pop to Ruin and Undying.

You always want to use BBQ on every killer to make the grind a bit easier.
As for the rest of your perks,you could switch either tinkerer or pop for BBQ.

Pop is completely overkill, your benefit more from a tracking perk. Best ones for spirit are probably stridor, Nurse's, whispers. And in my opinion thrilling tremors is awful and I'd rather use BBQ. It's especially better for high mobility killers.

I have 1k hours on spirit, for context.
Stridor strongly distorts depth perception, so within a certain range you can't really hear survivors distance from you.
Plus, it's a training wheels perk that's hard to play without once you've used it. I'm saying don't use it because you could better utilize that perk slot.

It's still quite effect, and in my opinion it's more accurate since it has a significantly smaller activation radius.

No problem. As a survivor I one time ran into a Spirit running Tinkerer (before Tinkerer got buffed but after Prayer Beads had been nerfed) and they were baffled that I knew she was coming for me until I pointed out that I could still hear her phasing. So I just didn't want someone else thinking the same way.

STBFL is definitely weaker at lvl 1 than 2 or 3.
It's completely up to you if you want to switch it out.
Also, that bottom image is not STBFL.

I assume you meant without, and it really comes down to using scratch marks and finding patterns in the survivor's gameplay. Do they slow vault windows a lot? Do they backtrack? Remember you can pass right through survivors to get to points of interest (like pallets) faster.

Imo TT works way better for finding new targets then BBQ does. Nearly all survivors know how to avoid being revealed by BBQ, but only few bother to play around TT. It synergizes nicely with Pop for far away gens. Sure, if you chase the survs away from a nearly finished gen and then pick one up, it will be blocked so you cannot imidiately pop it. But it will also prevent the survs from finishing this particular gen while you are carrying one to the hook. I had many occasions where this 15s stall prevented the gen form being finished, so I could pop it with just 5s or so waiting time. I would run TT+Pop over BBQ+Pop on all my killers, if it weren't for those sweet BP bonus BBQ is giving me.

Would anyone say Thrilling Tremors is good on Spirit or nah? I like that it shows me gens are being worked on, and it's easier for me to see than to see the little survivors from bbq,.

Unrelenting is useless. I wouldn't replace anything, and instead utilize the speed boost from exiting phase plus the lunge to catch up. If that's too fast, then swap out STBFL.

As a person who has played the game for 1500+ hours on both killers and survivors, I can definitely say that there are many other perks that work way better (not that these were horrible).
Corrupt intervention
BBQ and chili (or thrilling tremors)
Sloppy butcher
Pop goes the weasel
(Make sure you know what the perk really does, I am mostly explaining how it helps you.)
Corrupt intervention will help you in the early game and push survivors towards you which is good on Spirit especially since she doesn't have too much leverage in the 1 vs 2+ scenario (her 1 v 1 chase potential is insane when you become skillful with her).
BBQ and chili or thrilling tremors will help you locate survivors who are on gens and will give you a slight bit of stall of 16 seconds if they are not on the generator.
Sloppy butcher will make it harder to stay healthy and make survivors waste a little bit more time not doing generators, which can be crippling to them against the Spirit since her 1 v 1 is so strong.
Pop goes the weasel will help you regress gens effectively (-25% gen progress when kicking a gen while in use) and is a godly perk on any killer, really.
What I will say though is that you could replace sloppy butcher with stridor because it counters iron will. However, stridor make it more difficult to track survivors while phasing because they sound closer than they actually are and is actually harder to use if you are a baby spirit. Then again, if you become skilled with using it, survivors can do just about nothing to get away from you. Just keep in mind that you will have to adjust when using it.
Also make sure you have good headphones. If they aren't that great or have no surround sound, try enabling it using windows.

Would you say that Otz's suggestion of Pop/Thrilling is a good combo? I find thrilling easier to use than BBQ because I end up losing the survivors.
And I had a question -- why should I not use Nurse's Calling with Sloppy butcher? Is that not a good combo on spirit or?

I would go for bbq, sloppy, nurses, pop that's my personal build I honestly wouldn't go for a ruin undying build its better to keep people injured with spirit so you can snowball

This, but swap pop for tinkerer. I had this build too but the issue is that in the heat of the game i often ended up running up to a gen for kicking but forgot that ruin is still active. Thrilling tremors + Tinkerer however are a great info perk combo. Additionally with undying you have a solid pickup-build that will give you constant info about where everybody is.
Thrilling tremors can be swapped for BBQ. If you get the info on what gens they are sitting upon pickip or hooking makes no difference, but BBQ gives you the extra BP.

Thrilling gives you additional stalling which can be crucial to keeping a gen from pop while you are carrying a surv to a hook, BBQ cannot do this. It helped me more often than it hindered me in aplpying Pop to a gen.

Are you sure about that?
Because as far as i know thrilling only stalls gens that are currently NOT being worked on and it does so only for 16 seconds. Otherwise it gives you the info what gen is not blocked. So when the gen is being worked on and about to pop, thrilling does nothing to prevent that. That's what tinkerer is for. It tells you what gen is about to pop so you can go and shush survivers away. Either to down + pop or let ruin do it's magic.
Could be a matter of taste but sadly, getting double BP is more worth as very situational advantages.

Sure, if the survs do not get disturbed the gen won't be blocked. Thats why you actively chase them away and THEN pick a survivor up. Think about the situation that you get to a nearly finished gen with possibly multiple survs there and you manage to down one. You cannot afford to hook the downed one normally, bc the time you need for hooking, other survs may finish the gen. With TT you can prevent this and you can hook the surv without fear. And when you have Pop in store, you likely can directly use it on the blocked gen after a few additional seconds.
Yes, double BP is the reason I also run BBQ over TT. But apart from that, I find the info from TT way more reliable than BBQ (often I do not see any auras the whole game), and that "situational advantage" is not as rare as it may seem. It's really relieving if you know the gen is blocked and cannot be finished, while you hook someone, so you will be guaranteed to use Pop on it. So satisfying.

The meta or default build for her would probably be: Pop / BBQ / Sloppy / Stridor, if you like the totem lottery then you can switch Pop out for Ruin, it makes sense on her since she has some mobility and can pressure survivors off gens very good.
If you want to keep your Ruin little longer (survivors will soon adapt to the new totem meta and use Detective's Hunch or Small Game), you can use Undying instead of Sloppy (if you need the tracking of BBQ and can do without another slowdown perk) or instead of BBQ (if you're good enough in finding survivors without BBQ and need the additional slowdown). Personally i prefer Pop because i like it when perks work constantly and reliable without RNG or conditions (hooking survivors is default gameplay). But if you have some good totem spots, the Ruin+Undying combo is braindead OP and a nightmare for survivors, if you constantly chase them around and switch targets quickly.
Stridor is a complicated topic, on the one side i'm already used to it on her, i don't use it to pinpoint their exact location but more for general tracking. Just try and see if it works for you, the perk is also a bit bugged sometimes (no sounds at all after survivors did specific actions). Without it, you can be totally sure that you're phasing right above them, if you hear them. But without it you're also ######### if they use Iron Will. A good survivor with Iron Will and some mindgame abilities can cost you a game if you waste your time on him. I need to try her out again without Stridor for a while and see how i perform.
If you don't like Stridor, you can use Nurse's, it pairs greatly with Sloppy and since she has a low TR, she can make good use out of it. Or use any 1-shot perk (Make Your Choice, Dragons Grip) if you want to win by downing faster, or information perk (Discordance, Whispers, Surveillance) if you have problems finding survivors. I personally don't like Corrupt Intervention (for me it often led to bad late game situations with far away gens) or Thrilling Tremors (BBQ is not optimal but TT has a stupid cooldown and can also be played around). But other people swear by it, so try those perks out if you want.
Generally, tracking and knowing survivors movements is the most important part. Don't rely on scratchmarks, they can easily be juked. Only use them for the general direction, then try to identify the survivor's options (vaults, pallets, backtracking, walking, lockers) on the fly and make your assumption. Try to read their movements, this comes automatically with experience. Some survivors are very good with this, some just run mindlessly to the pallet and camp.

No such thing as a good Spirit build. Spirit is the kind of killer who can do well with no perks at all. She can use anything and still probably win.
