Why can some killers look down further with their camera than others?

This is how far Myers can look down.
This is how far Nurse can look down.
Behaviour, whats the reason to restrict some characters' camera movement like that?

Yea, like above: I would say this depends simply on the size of the killer. This is not an angle issue.
Btw, next time stand near a wall in both pictures and look parallel to the wall. Then you have a perfect reference to the angle
