Perks that should be base abilities
Bamboozle: needing a perk that corrects bad map design is a complete and total joke. I know the devs have fixed quite a few bad maps but they still didn't address the shack. Why does the shack always need a window and a safe pallet? It doesn't address a loops like in Coal Tower, Groaning Storehouse or Ironworks of Misery. The devs are for sure not going to just remove the loop in Ironworks of Misery which is the big thing that makes that map a #########. Not to mention when two windows spawn right next to each other.
Deer Stalker: I think this is a win/win for both sides especially since the devs want to make slugging worse for some reason. Limit the range to about 12 meters and it will be fine. I can't imagine Survivors prefer to be slugged and wait forever for the Killer to find them and hook them.

Survivors really do prefer to be slugged because they're vindictive. They think they shouldn't lose and thus blame the Killer when they do. Whenever I slug everyone, if they wiggle, they're staying on the ground. I don't mind getting fewer points, and as far as the wait goes, I just make myself a sandwich or familiarize myself with the map.

Yup. A good friend of mine runs mostly slug builds nowadays because of people like that. Like myself, he doesn't care if he doesn't get many points - the Survivors lost anyway.
