Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Alternative thinking for Autodidact

So here we are, trying to make an RNG-related perk less based on RNG...

But maybe this perk is weak because RNG is a factor. Regardless if we down-grade it.

Maybe there's another direction to think when buffing or reworking this perk...

Instead of granting tokens for each time you succeed a skill check...

Maybe it grants tokens every few seconds you heal someone else.

Also, when you hit the 'activate ability' button, you consume 2 tokens to create a skill check out of nowhere. This does not contribute to your token count! If you use it, you will not get it back!

It will retain it's main ability in jacking in how much you heal for every skill check you hit. Granting a more controlled burst of healing through the activation of the ability, and allows a Non-RNG based snowball effect.

Let me know your thoughts~

I don't know if losing 2 tokens is a good idea but that depends in how many seconds will be needed to grant a token.Also.in my opinion botany knowledge is better because not only does it not have an rng factor but also helps a lot in the early game.
