The Ranking system needs fix

I lose ticks/progress because a nurse hook casmps me with teleport and only downs me, yet she will gain ticks because she gets more than 2 kills. Great system

    is it possible to get a system where hook camping slows down the hook time so that they will either spend the game hook camping or actually playing
