How powerful are vigo and the entity?
Looking at past tome lore I've come up with three things, the auris is an artifact that has knowledge of all creation, an omniscient artifact, which has the ability to pull all the information from infinite dimensions and sources. The entity can directly search the omniverse very efficiently, knows vigo is in its realm and plays tricks on him by directly leading vigo to false information. finally, the entity literally defies the very concept of impossibility, amongst the infinite cosmos, not much is known about the entity or the ancient living dimensions, how in gods name does that work, just how powerful and intelligent are these 2?

Who is vigo again?

A scientist who researched The Entity heavily and even managed to make things from the Fog, case and point The Hatch existing. He got lost in the Void, but found a way out using the Putrid Serum; I assume he then tried to make more of the stuff next Blight but couldn't for some reason. Talbot found his journal and all his work in his lab (hence why he's got things like Plague Bile or crushed up bits of the Rose Bouchets in his add-ons, and literally has Vigo's Journal for one) and tried to replicate the Putrid Serum too to escape, creating thirty-two different compounds. Compound 33 (one of his add-ons) was his 2nd to last hope. It failed. Compound 34 was his final chance, and it failed him (which, same), turning him into the monster that is the Blight. His current location is unknown, but he's probably not dead and instead found a way to manipulate the Entity's Auric Cells into making a sub-realm to himself.
(i stand corrected, 33 is his add-on, and he made a 34th which changed him).
Vigo's just a smart person who found a way to manipulate the Entity's Auric Cells, which is what it uses to create everything. The Entity is, as far as we know, a limitless being who can reach across multiple dimensions and affect the minds of everyone it touches, provided it has food. That food comes in the form of emotions- like Danganronpa, Hope and Despair being the two main ones- and the stronger the hope/despair the stronger it becomes.
Now I can't stop thinking about it since I referenced Danganronpa so have a gif of Junko Enoshima.
edit: ######### didnt realise i wrote an essay on it all hope the gif is worth it

How many dimensions can he affect?

All hail Vigo.

Theoretically all of them. He can alter everything in the fog, as shown by the Hatch existing on every map.

So technically the entity is infinite dimensional.

Talbot could have got the Plague Bile when he captured killers because he experimented on them. The crushed up bits of Rose could be something he originally had because he was a survivor and survivors had the New Moon Bouquet as an offering.
He couldn't create the same serum from Vigo's journal because it had some of these pages torn out. That's why he kept creating many different types of it. He created thirty four different compounds. Compound thirty four is what mutated him because he took a high dose of it.
We are getting compound thirty four with this Halloween event.
I think that Vigo is the Observer. In one of the animation the Observer learns that one of his books is missing and Talbot has Vigo’s Journal.

Maybe it's a cpu for a multi-dimensional computer and we're just psycho-chemical-electrical currents running through its circuits?

he still found the lab though bc otherwise how would he have said journal?

Of course he did. Just saying some of the stuff he have could be something he got on his own.

^ This.
Every killer's addons are directly related to them and not someone else, take Myers for example, he's got trinkets from his first murder, a dead animal, and other creepy crap that he stole that fueled him. Talbot himself gathered the Plague's own bile and the Umbra Salts, he used Vigo's journal as a touch stone to guide him.

Currently no. However, leaks say Ghost Face will be getting a blighted cosmetic, so if thats true Blight will have encountered one.

Vigo is able to manifest stuff in the entity with some object similar to the auris so he is equally powerful as the archives man basically.

my memory is a little sloppy right now, but isn't it stated somewhere the Observer isn't certain anymore if all his 'own' memories are his own indeed. Isn't there a small chance he is vigo and just forgot/was made forget?
