New Trail of Torment should be great on Doc.
You choose whether to give him his power back by being dared to touch the yellow gen. I think I'll pair it with Dragon's Grip and Make Your choice, then either Pop or Haunted Ground. It's gonna be so much fun! (For me)

Oh, that is DEVIOUS. Survivors will have to keep moving to rob Doc of his primary anti-stealth trick. Maybe hang out nearby with it on standby just to rub it in their face and teach them that "Hey, if you tap the gen, you get zapped."

As an addendum, I would add some chase or tracking-oriented perks, like Distressing or something, rather than Haunted Ground, since you'll want to teach the Survivors that touching the gens you are regressing is not a good idea, but letting it regress is the lesser of two evils. Kind of the idea behind a build of that nature is to punish those who touch your gens HARD.

I hadn't considered it on Doc before. Can't wait to play against this, seems like a whole new way to play the game.

Fun fact: Hitting a survivor with dark devotion will transfer your terror radius, but your blast is still on your Doc. I have not tested it but i assume you can still use your blast when in undetectable. Completely hitting them by surprise. This sounds like fun, i think i will test it.

Lets not forget that if the survivors are on tier 3 they cannot tap the gen.

Restraint and Iridescent Queen should be good. Restraint reveals their auras, and Queen makes them afraid to go near each other in case their friends zap them.

Problem with that is if he kicks a gen in that time he is undetectable he can’t use static blast.

That's why the build is so punishing for Survivors.
If they stop the regression, Doc gets to zappy-zap in his Terror Radius.
If they let it happen, they lose a gen they were working on.
It's a lose-lose situation, but unlike Pyramid Head's power before the rework, it isn't immediately condemning.

There are always two extra gens so they don’t have to work on that one to escape. And even if they touch the gen Doctor isn’t oppressive with his power so they will be fine.

I don't think you've attempted to hide during a chase if you think this is true. Doc is the king of locking you down solely because of Static Blast. Your point about that may be true, but what happens when Doc runs over and kicks the 99% generator you were so close to finishing? That's a painful choice. Take an exposed hit and give him his power back, but get the generator at the cost of a free hook state for Doc, or let him have the gen, but sap his power for potentially the rest of the game, provided nobody touches the active gen?

If we are adding dragons grip then just wait 30 seconds. Basically choosing 15 charges of a gen or exposed. I feel like in a chase no radius (and maybe stain I forgot if that’s effected or not) would be harder to loop around then a Cooldown based ability he may or may not have. Plus in a chase he has more to go by then just the scream from static blast. He has scratch marks, blood, sounds, shock therapy, and a lot more.

I've seen people play with some tricky perks to hide scratch marks and noises from anything. If you think you understand the potential shenanigans available, you are mistaken, my friend.
