Hello, you need video evidence and steam profiles with their steam ID you then send a ticket in here https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us and then you can work with them, they may need more information/proof so grab as much as you can.

You don't have to record every single game. If you spot something suspicious you can turn on game capture program and record the game.

I caught their names but I didn’t get a chance to record them 🤦🏻‍♀️ I play on ps4 and it’s happening daily. It’s so frustrating!

Wait, can you even hack or cheat on console? How do they modify the game files?

Consoles are just downgraded PCs. Despite what companies want you to believe, anything you can do on PC (cheat-wise), you can also do on console.
