A skillful killer to me is one that's confident enough to leave hooks almost instantly in order to find another chase faster. Those killers needs to earn more respect. Shame that survivors see fault everywhere and no matter how you play, its a loss-loss.

Okay this might be because I'm a biased pyramid head main but I would unironically say Pyramid Head WITH A RULE:
You actually USE your Punishment of the Damned.
The attack is clunky, telegraphed, 8m of range, narrow, loud, and moves in a wave. It gets ######### over by luck, by lag, and by a small change in the verticality of the surface. It's very very difficult to hit, let alone to hit consistently, so if there's a Pyramid Head that will consistently use and hit their Punishment Of The Damned I'd say they're an incredibly skilled killer.
Obviously not including nurse here.
If all you do is zone zone zone and win chases by forcing the lose/lose, that takes like no skill and I could do that with him on day 1. If you actually use his ability as the devs intended, he gets weaker but significantly more skillful and rewarding and, the key part, you can still easily win games with him. Chases still end in like, 10 seconds if you're good as him in this sense.
