Skeleton Key Not Opening Hatch
Dear Behaviour Interactive
I have encountered a bug in the game where I have not been able to open the hatch. Upon request, I have video evidence as proof and I'm not happy about missing out on points due to game design failure and of no fault of my own.
I am looking to be compensated through blood points/auric cells due to the significant inconvenience caused to me. If this does not get rectified, my view of the game and its developers will always be tainted. I would not be able to see any reason to provide further support to Dead By Daylight.

Man my friends were in countering this problem all day today and it is now November 2 , 2020. Can the game makers even answer why this is happening the keys are all pointless and half your perks don’t work because anything having to do with wiggling out or getting away from the killer do not work

I haven't had any problems using keys, it would help if you have a screenshot of the hatch that you were trying to open.
And I can confirm, there will not be a refund of BP etc.

If it is a green key aka a broken key they do not open hatches. Only pink or purple keys open hatches.
