I wouldn't even be mad if this was a perk, if I was playing killer and someone threw a locker down on me I'd probably be dying of laughter.

Overcharge:
Overcharge a generator by performing the Damage Generator action. The next survivor interacting with that generator is faced with a tremendously difficult skill check. Failing the skill check will result in the generator exploding into pieces preventing it from being used the rest of the match. Succeeding the skill check also makes the generator explode into pieces.

Hex: Blood Warden: (buffed)
Once the gates are powered, if there is a dull totem remaining in the map, this hex is applied to it
While Hex: Blood Warden is active, the gates automatically start gaining progression towards opening at .22 charges per second. Survivors attempting to escape through a gate Opened by Hex: Blood Warden are automatically sacrificed by The Entity, otherwise Gates Opened by survivors are safe for them to escape through but can be blocked by The Entity for 40/50/60 seconds if you hook a survivor during the endgame collapse.
The Hex effects persist as long as the related hex totem is still standing.
(An Absurd buff, but counter-able, just "do bones")
Decisive Strike: (nerfed)
After being unhooked or unhooking yourself, Decisive Strike will become active and usable for 35/40/45 seconds.
While Decisive Strike is active, when grabbed by the Killer, succeed a Skill Check to automatically escape the Killer's grasp and stun them for 3 seconds.
- Succeeding or failing the Skill Check will disable Decisive Strike.
- Decisive Strike is disabled once the exit gates are powered.
- Successfully stunning the Killer will result in you becoming the Obsession.
Increases the odds of being the Obsession.
The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
(while only a minor nerf to DS, I'm pretty sure everyone will agree the changes make it "useless")

Butter Together
You seek toast and jam no matter what obstacle stands in your way.
The scent of the generator you are working on is revealed to other survivors within a 32m radius.
If the killer downs a survivor while you are repairing a generator, both you and that survivor develop a slick buttery coating for 30 seconds. Increases wiggle speed by 50% and crawling speed by 200%, but leaves a buttery trail behind wherever the survivor moves. While carrying this survivor, the killer smells the auras of all other buttered survivors for 8/9/10 seconds.

Hex: Totem
The killer starts the trial as a hex totem for 120/90/60 seconds. Cleansing the totem immediately powers all generators and opens the gate, awarding all survivors max points in all categories. After the time limit has passed the killer assumes normal appearance and their TR is suppressed for 120/90/60 seconds

Any Means Necessary
Once you meet every one of your teammates and the killer, press the Active Ability button to forcefully disconnect all players and take them back to the load-in screen and they are unable to log on for 365 days earns up to 10,500% Bonus bloodpoints for waiting that time and grants the ability to bypass the 1 million bloodpoint cap

After all gens are done any living survivor is chased by dio who will teleport them to their last position when gens were done if he catches them and he will continue until totems are done or if killer hits Dio then he disappears for 5 seconds if hot by killer

Surveillance:
When you kick a generator, it's aura is highlighted in white for 16 seconds. If regression is interrupted, the generator is highlighted in yellow for 4 seconds.
This effect can be applied to up to 3 generators.

I've got 2 for this.
Bamboozle plus. any time the clown vaults through a window party streamers and horns go off; plus every successful hit on survivor now makes a bike horn sound effect.
You asked for it: a passive ability for all killers, every time a survivor teabags they gain hidden token, reach 4 tokens and the entity springs from ground and kills them instantly. effect is doubled once the exit gates are powered up.

Underwhelming Presence:
Your presence alone instils slight/considerable/tremendous disappointment. Survivors within your Terror Radius suffer from efficiency.
Affected Survivors item consumption rates are decreased by 100%, but they are slightly sad for the duration of the trial.

Survivors
Deja Vu: Whenever the map loads, you get the feeling you've played it before, and know where to go. Absolutely nothing else. It's a fourth wall breaker!!!!
Stake Out: When within the killer's terror radius for x seconds, you reach into your pocket and pull out a rubber stake. The theme tune from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" blasts out, instantly notifying the killer where you are.
This Is Not Happening: When a survivor is having a bad match, the game automatically disconnects without any punishment.
Up the Auntie: NSFW
Killers
Hex: No One Escapes Death: When the gates are powered, a dull totem lights up. Any survivor hit will instantly be put into a dying state, and shortly disconnect thereafter. Killer gains 200% salt.
Iron Maiden: Iron Maiden's greatest hits will blast out obnoxiously across the map. The killer will not hear a damn thing of the survivors, but the headbanging will be worth it.
I'm All Ears: When a survivor performs a rush action, the perk activates. SCP 1048 appears, alongside the teddy made of ears. A scream is heard and all survivors and killer are suffocated by ear growths. The Foundation will be duly notified.
Trail of Torment: Upon activation, the killer will be followed constantly with teabagging survivors and multiple inbox messages of how they're a "baby killer", "noob", "gg ez", etc.

Hex: Kaboom!
when a Survivor cleanses a Hex Totem, including this one, the explosion sound is played twice as loud as normal. This effect lasts for as long as the aflicted Hex Totem is standing.

Iron Maiden V1:
If a survivor stays in the locker for a total of 60 seconds they are locked in by the entity and can't leave and get no AFK crows but the entity's claws cover the locker
Once caught the survivor can't leave on their own or be killed (no points are awarded for a locked kill)
Iron maiden V2:
Being carried by a female killer slows wiggle speed and instead of wiggling off the survivor is stuck in a "love like trance" and fallows the killer for the rest of the match and can;t leave on their own (meaning death)
Effect is doubled for male survivors and halved for female survivors... unless the killer is the huntress then it's the opposite

Everyone escapes death :
At the start of the match the survivors can instantly repair 1 generator each per person, considerably increases the chances of getting gen rushed.
Once all generators are completed the survivors will instantly teloport and open the gate, tremendously increases the chances of the survivors flashlight clicking and tbagging.

Hex: Devour Coke
A Hex rooting its power in coke. The coke you steal from survivors fuels your crippling addiction.
When a survivor is rescued from a hook at least 24 meters away, you receive 1 line of pure, unrefined cocaine.
- 2 Lines: Gain a 30/40/50% Haste status effect for 10 seconds after hooking a survivor, for a duration of 100 seconds.
- 3 Lines: Survivors suffer from the Exposed status effect.
- 5 Lines: Your basic attacks Kill survivors.
This perk can only be equipped by the Clown.

When you hook a survivor you force feed them your famous bbq and chili. That survivor emits loud noise notifications for the rest of the match. After second hook and feeding, they leave brown poo stains as they run.

Dying Light,
you become obsessed with one survivor, each time you hook another survivor you decrease the FOV of survivors by 2/3/5 degrees up to a total of 45°.
When the obsession dies, the rest of the survivors are no longer affected by the perk for the remainder of the trial or until a new survivor has become the obsession.
