When will the avatar from the Curtain Call recent chapter be available to people that aren't moderator?

I see the moderator using avatar from the most recent chapters.
You can't fool me.
I know you are hiding them.
I will find whoever is responsible and make him watch the teletubbies opening until either he lose his sanity or make them available to the public
