I'm done with DBD for now
It's just really annoying to play vs red ranks (rank reset just hit). I just had few games in a row where with people who had Object of obsession unbreakable Borrowed time decisive strikes sprint burst, They flashlight me and tea-bagged after every pallet stun. I'm just really sick of that

Game community is ruining the game, BHVR isn't helping. You're making the right choice.

The ranks seem to go in your favour in the screenshot tbh, but I guess you're talking about the perks.
Generally when facing bm it's the best idea to remain calm and refrain from tilting and going hard on the guy since that just tilts you more and he's getting what he wants. A lot of times survivors who bm are also people who de-rank or duo with very low rank friends to try and abuse newer or less experienced killers, so usually it's better not to give them too much attention. You can also run perks like Enduring so you can approach pallets aggressively, giving them less of a kick out of it and keeping yourself close to the survivor.
Honestly you can often make out sweaty SWF groups in lobbies and since I personally haven't played that much Killer yet I occasionally dodge lobbies with e. g. multiple flashlights or quad toolboxes, not saying you should dodge those lobbies but it's good to go in prepared.
-> You can't really blame survivors for running meta perks though, the absolute majority of survivor perks is trash-tier and those perks are extremely situational so if survivors wanna prevent stomps they can't do much but run perks that can keep them in the game longer and prevent the killer from Killrushing, obviously those perks are gonna seem unfun to you as the killer but it only takes 1 mistake or "lost" 50/50 for a survivor to go down and potentially be taken out of the game if the killer wants that to happen, always keep that in mind.
As I said: Just try your best not to tilt but there's nothing wrong with taking a break. It's an online game after all and there'll always be people feeling themselves behind the safety of their monitor. Don't mind it and have fun.

the ranks are low here because of recent rank reset. I don't like people who always go for BT saves and then the person that got saved abuses the perk to block me.

Maybe you will feel better after a taking break from DBD to rest mentally and emotionally.
Every player more than likely has experienced similar feelings and can empathize with you.
These forums get about 3 of these “Done with DBD” posts every week, so hopefully there won’t be too much insincerity toward you.
