When equipping this offering, a new slot will open up next to the addons for a killer’s power. This slot will allow any addon to place inside, giving a killer a third addon to utilize during a trial. If there is an addon in the third slot and the offering is removed, the addon in returned to the killer’s inventory and the third addon slot is concealed; unable to be interacted with without the offering in the offering slot.

I would call this offering: “Blank ID Plate”. It would be an ultra rare offering on the same level as an ebony momento mori. This offering could change the way killers are played and give them the choice of an additional addon slot for more power/versatility or being able to kill all survivors after their first hook. The mori might be preferred if the two but there will at least be more offerings that worth running besides moris, oaks, or blood points offerings.
