Dc penalties are good for survivors but not for killers

Played a pyramid head match just now, I killed two people and the other two people “one was a blendette” didn’t do gens and just hid. I would’ve kept going but my friends were waiting to play so I just dced and I got a penalty for not wanting to waste my time?? You can’t do anything if survivors are doing stuff like this so the only thing you can do is dc but nOoOoO you have to just go afk for like an hour before the survivor realize and farm your body. It’s pathetic

    Do not DC if you do not want the DC penalty. Life happens. If life happens you probably will not care about a DC penalty.

    Saying DC penalties are only for one side is incredibly biased. Killers have taken a lot of fun out of matches from me as well playing survivor because they made a bad play or are ashamed that someone else made a good play.

    The problem is you can't justify a DC because you think the match is a waste of time, that's not objective. That's the very same reason some survivors give when they disconnect after being slugged, and in their opinion it also is a waste of time.
