The murder Hobo!
Not sure what sort of powers would be used since we already have throwing bottles. Maybe a powered up mode for drinking, or spotting people causing a murderous rage allowing him to speed at someone? Maybe like the hillbilly with more control but no instadown?
The level could be rail road tracks under an underpass, or something.
Some train cars.
The Tall man from Phantasm, maybe?
Possibly the most frightening horror of all...
Lag!
A digital ghost that can use powers that replicate various levels of lag depending on what's targeted.
Suddenly being telelorted around at somewhat random which disorients the player but also makes them harder to target. Targeting a palate, hook, or generator might interfere with skill checks.
